I have this book on hold. Has anyone read it yet?

I finished reading this today. I think it is well written and researched. The background information on Booth was fascinating, as was the "what happened to them" of various people who were mentioned in the book. The discussion of insanity makes me want to read more books about mental illness through the ages.
I am curious to read anyone else's thoughts on this book.

I didn't think this would be very interesting, but, for me, it was a page turner. Great story-telling quality imposed on factual information. For now, I would bring it to the table for discussion.

I received a card from The Friends of the Lincoln Museum that Harold Holzer is speaking at the opening of the temporary exhibition, Abraham Lincoln: The Image.
His speech is By the People, For the People: A New Look at the Lincoln Image.
The event is Saturday, February 5, 7:30 p.m. There is a fee ($25 for members of the museum and $30 for non-members). Reservations are requested by January 28. Their phone number is 260-455-6087.
This book was excellent. I'm sure his speech will be too. Unfortunately, I already have other plans that night. I am not sure anyone is still monitoring this discussion board, but I wanted to post it, just in case.
The Lincoln Museum is located at 200 E. Berry St., Fort Wayne, IN. The museum is in the same building that our main library has its temporary location.
