This work is an excellent mix of the man and an explanation of his theories. It deserves consideration for an honor at least.

I also wanted to mention the following about the source notes since that does play a fairly large role in this award.
The author (or editor, I'm not sure who would have decided this) has handled quote sources differently than I've seen. Instead of adding footnotes, there are items in quotation marks in the book. Initially, I was taken aback since it wasn't clear to me who/what the source was for each quote. I went to the back and found the Credits page which references each one, showing a portion of the quote, the page it was on and then citation of the source. At first, I wasn't sure I liked this, but I do believe the reading of the book flows better, without the actual footnote.
